Stretch marks formation during pregnancy is something which very few women can avoid. It is true that stretch marks will form unless we take extra care of our skin. This is exactly what many women cannot do. Striae are formed because of sudden weight gain. As the skin has to accommodate the weight of growing fetus, it starts stretching. As soon as the elasticity of level of skin is exceeded, the dermis layer ruptures and cause micro bleeding. This bleeding is visible in the form of purplish red colored scars on the outer surface of skin.

Prevention is always better than cure. The same goes for stretch marks as well. The earlier you start taking preventive measures the better. It is best to start using external supplements to prevent striae formation. Some of the natural ways to prevent stretch marks are as follows.

  • Keep your skin well moisturized all the time. You can use cocoa butter, olive oil and vitamin e to moisturize your skin. Just mix all of these ingredients to make a natural moisturizer.
  • Massaging with wheat germ oil is also very effective in increasing the elasticity level of your skin.
  • Eat vitamin A rich diet in moderate quantities.
  • You can also use some anti striae creams but read the label very carefully to check if it is not recommended for pregnant women.
  • Drink as much water as you can. Also take care of your overall nutrition. If you are deficient on nutrition, striae will form more easily.

Sometimes Stretch Marks are formed despite taking all of the above mentioned preventive measures. In such situations you must try a natural anti Stretch Marks formula that helps in collagen formation. When collagen is formed, new skin develops very fast. This natural formula promotes the growth of new skin to make it smooth and flawless. You can order a risk free trial offer now.

I grow way too much, Two years ago I was 5'4, the next year I was like 5'6, Now I am 5'8/5'9 ish. and I have Really mad stretch marks on my knees and behind them. :p
I don't really mind them, and I know you can't really get rid of them fully, but you can fade them away.
But I really love wearing dresses with short leggings, but I am just a little worried that people will stair. :P
Is there anyway I can cover them up just a little? :]

(Sorry for the over use of 'really')
